Easy pulled pork sandwich

Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin* or slab of Brisket

  • Uncle Bob’s® (hot or mild) Sauce, to taste

  • About ¼ c. water

  • Buns, to serve

Recipe Variation

  • Marinate meat with sauce, CAJUN RUB, or both for 30 minutes. Sear in a hot pan to lock in flavors. Then place in the crock-pot.

  • The pulled pork and coleslaw can also be served in a taco shell in place of the bun.

  • Original Uncle Bob's family recipe. 

Method

1. Place the pork tenderloin or brisket in the crock-pot.
2. Top with sauce, to taste. Add water. Place lid on crock-pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Pull tender-meat apart with two forks.
4. Serve in buns - top with coleslaw for true southern style.
5. Enjoy the goodness.
