Bob’s Loaded Potato
Ingredients
1 Large Russet or baking potato
2 Strips of crispy friend bacon
1 handful of shredded cheddar cheese
1 Green onion, chopped
1 tsp. Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbl. Sour cream or plain, full fat yogurt.
Uncle Bob’s Smoky Mountain Premium Sauce
Method
1. Bake potato 50-60 minutes at 425° F; or alternatively in the microwave until fork tender.
2. Top with remaining ingredients.
3. Enjoy the goodness with cheats chicken.
